Our Story

Visualizing Your Dreams, Inc. and Visualizing Your Dreams Consulting Group is a company committed to improving the academic performance and social responsibility of our students. The idea to formalize Visualizing Your Dreams into an organization in 1996 evolved out of a desire to partner with academic institutions and help motivate their young people to commit to a path of academic excellence and self-awareness. This expansion became the vehicle for the implementation of On-Site Group Facilitation Classroom Modules for students as well as a Turn-Key model for teachers and administration. Our program goals encourage students to take part in their own personal development by creating a supportive environment where they feel free to express their dreams, desires and aspirations.

The operational structure of Visualizing Your Dreams consists of over 20 years of experience in increasing student achievement, academic socialization, career enhancement and professional and curriculum development. As Founder and President, I have worked closely with a diverse group of students in grades 5 through 12 as well as with Educators, School Administrators and Parents. In each instance, I have noticed an important generalization. Today’s students continually lack a vision for their future and do not see a connection between their academic learning and the practical application of it in their lives. I have also noticed that student continually lack the additional support needed to help integrate a goal-setting plan into their educational experience. As a consequence, this systematic pattern has led many students to suffer from lack of confidence in their ability to succeed which in turn leads to an adverse effect on learning.
